Are my details safe when ordering online?

Yes. Our web site has 128K bit encryption which allows you to securely place your credit card details online. All our online credit card transactions are processed through Verisign Australia .This ensures that all information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted and secure. To know when you are in a secure environment when ordering on our website.  A security padlock icon will appear on your browser to confirm this.

 

 

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the Cayman Islands and arrange delivery virtually anywhere on the planet as we are members of the Teleflora and FTD networks. Click here for further details on deliveries.

 

 

 

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver Monday to Saturday but do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays  except during seasonal promotions, for example Mother's Day and Valentines Day.

What is the deadline for placing orders?

MONDAY TO SATURDAY 

12.00 pm (CT) is the deadline for same day delivery to areas in Grand Cayman.

 

For sister islands orders please allow at least 36 hours for delivery.

International orders please allow at least 48 hours for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online, fax and phone orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and local CI and US debit cards. For in store purchases we accept all of the above and cash. For corporate accounts we accept payments by credit card, cheque or electronic funds transfer.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

If the order has not been dispatched, then it may be possible to change details to that order. Should you need to cancel an order, we must receive notice 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled. Please phone us immediately should you have any changes or need to cancel an order.

 

 

 

What if the recipient is not home or not at work?

Generally, if no one is home or not at work, our couriers are instructed to leave the flowers at the front door if it is safe to do so or with the front desk.

We will leave a note for the recipient if we are unable to complete the delivery.

 

 

What if the address is incorrect?

Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more accurate information you can provide the better it is! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection fee of $15 will apply.  If you are unsure of the address, please also provide a telephone number for the recipient.
